SMACNA members are encouraged to participate in an initiative spearheaded by the SMART-SMACNA Mega Projects Task Force. The Task Force's mission is to support the implementation of mega projects while ensuring long-term organizational stability and growth for both SMART and SMACNA.
The objectives of our task force are clear and ambitious:
- Maintaining Contractors Current Customer Base
- Staffing Mega Projects as Needed
- Developing Structures to Recruit Workers to Staff Mega Projects while Maintaining Growth
- Supporting Training to Ensure High-Quality Workers
- Supporting Long-Term Efforts to Plan for Life After Mega Projects
